Adelaide is the capital of South Australia and is Australia's fifth largest city with a population of just over a million people.

The city is located on the Eastern shore of Gulf St Vincent and is home to a rich and culturally diverse people. In the southern climate, saltwater fly fishing can be more challenging than the warmer waters to the North but South Australia does have many target species.

Bluefin tuna are targetted around Easter time from Port Lincoln to the West and Port MacDonnell to the East.

Salmon, mulloway, snapper, bream and kingfish are found in these Southern waters.
